MadeBySurfers.com is an online boutique offering limited editions of surf Tee shirts, along with a selection of surf related products. The MadeBySurfers.com range is focusing on innovative and surf culture sourced creations and will expand regularly. Tee shirts are exclusively commissioned designs created for MadeBySurfers.com. They’re screen-printed by hands in our friend’s lab Three Circles Publication in Porthtowan, Cornwall.

PRICING POLICY
All transactions are in £ (pounds sterling) though we will display the € and US$ equivalent on your shopping cart.

If by misfortune you think that we do not meet the top quality we are aiming at, send us back the tee shirt within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase amount excluding shipping costs without a question.

MadeBySurfers.com accept the following credit and debit card payments.



All payments to MadeBySurfers.com are handled securely by Paypal (eBay Group). Paypal accepts payment by Visa, Visa Debit,MasterCard. Payment will be debited from your card, bank account or Paypal account before the despatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, Paypal will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

MadeBySurfers.com does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by Paypal.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and DV Limited for MadeBySurfers.com will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: - The product you ordered being unavailable from stock - Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

DELIVERY TIME
We aim to dispatch Tee shirts and stock items within 5 working days but please leave us 2 weeks for UK and Europe and 3 weeks for the rest of the world for delivering the goods.

Deliveries are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. MadeBySurfers.com will contact you to arrange this via email.

Please bear in mind that you will be repsonsible for any payments of customs duties (if applicable) and local taxes once the goods have been shipped

Lost or Damaged Goods: We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged during the transit. Therefore we recommend that you opt for "Recorded Delivery" for the shipping of your tee shirts, so that we will be able to activate the carrier responsability. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on. In the event that any goods are lost in transit please contact us immediately either via email at theshop@madebysurfers.com

RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your order simply return the unworn goods to us in their original condition and package within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges may be given if item(s) are in stock. Upon product return we will refund your purchase amount excluding shipping costs. But please ensure that you send returned goods back using recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit that are being returned to us. Send this to us at the address above.

PRIVACY NOTICE
MadeBySurfers.com comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data controller is DV Limited, London. DV Limited will not export your data outside the EU. Your data will only be used to send information regarding new products released on MadeBySurfers.com.
